DANTECH WARRANTY POLICY

NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE ONLY IN CASE OF DEFECT

WARRANTY POLICY

New computer parts and accessories: 15 days in store from the date of purchase and the remainder from the manufacturer (varying from 1 to 5 years);

Computer parts and accessories used: 30 days in store;

New tabletop computers: 1 year on parts and 2 years on labor, excluded software;

Used tablet computers: 6 months on parts and 1 year on labor, excluded software;

Used laptops and tablets: 3 months on parts and labor, excluded software;

Apple tablet, laptop and tablet computers: 3 months on parts and labor, excluded software;

Laptop Power Adapters:
- 30 days for generic Apple power adapters;
- 90 days for Apple original power adapters;
- 90 days for generic and original power adapters for PC;

Laptop battery:
- New battery: 3 months.
- Battery supplied with used laptops: Guaranteed one hour of autonomy for 30 days.

Packaging boxes and their contents must be returned in good condition for products covered by the store warranty;

Return charges may apply on products exchanged;

At the end of the 15-day warranty offered in-store, Dantech offers its customers the possibility to take back the defective merchandise returned to the manufacturer (provided that the product is always guaranteed at the latter's premises) And shipping.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

The warranty does not apply to operating systems and software purchased or delivered on new and used computers. A fee for reinstalling the operating system may apply.

The warranty does not apply to products physically damaged due to abnormal conditions of use, misuse, lack of maintenance or improper installation;

Any damage or defect arising from surges or other electrical irregularities resulting from any failure to use a compliant surge bar (2000 joules minimum) shall not be covered;

POLICY RELATIVE TO SIDE DEVELOPMENTS

The deadline for paying the balance and retrieving the equipment is 30 days once the deposit is left. Once this period has passed, the client will receive a reminder and if 2 weeks after this recall it has not yet paid its balance and to recover the material it will lose its deposit without any other notice.
