We offer all information-technology services at very competitive rates.

Our technician can be on-site within two working days to help you with your wireless network, antivirus, antispyware, hardware installation, or software installation.

Guarantee Policy

NO REFUND - EXCHANGE ONLY IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE MATERIALS

Guarantee - New computers: 1 year parts and 2 years labour - Used computers: 3 months parts and labour - New parts: 1 year - Used parts: 30 days - Used monitors: 30 days - New LCDs and Printers are guaranteed with the manufacturer only.

The guarantee does not cover software (Windows) or items physically damaged by unusual operating conditions, abusive use, negligence, or inappropriate installation.

LAPTOP BATTERIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Original packaging is required in order to qualify for guarantees.

Guarantees do not cover defects caused by power anomolies or any consequence related to the client's failure to use a power bar of 2000 Joules or more.

Linksys and Maxtor have changed their guarantee policies. Please note that all their products are guaranteed with the manufacturer only.
